Manage a staff of ten designers, engineers, and technicians. Medium-size firm. The company is interested in improving its operations. Six Sigma and/or Lean Manufacturing expertise very helpful. To be considered for the position a BA or BS, 6+ years of management experience in manufacturing, experience managing staffs of 8 or more and SolidWorks required. Benefits include Medical, dental and 401K.
