Job scope
Ensuring the Procurement procedure for procure the Materials with Quality. Participating the tendering process and evaluation. Raise and implement Inspection and Test Plans for all activities in the Building and Industrial Sector. Raise site inspection sheets with proper check lists. Co-ordinate all site inspections and ensure that they are completed by the relevant personnel. Correct non-conformances found during the Quality Manager’s or Accreditation Company’s audits. Maintain quality records in an orderly and easily accessible manner. By constant monitoring and improvement of quality standards to meet and exceed clients requirement and process improvement By resolving quality related problems through coordination with other relevant departments and propose a corrective action To supervise and monitoring the Quality of structural work such as Footing, Column, Beam, Slab, Topping Screed etc. To supervise and monitoring the Quality of Finishing work such as Block work, Plaster, paint, Tiles work etc. Mixed design of Cement Concrete. Aggregate gradation analysis and the combining of aggregates to obtain the desired gradation of Sub-Base, Lower-Base, Upper-Base, Binder & Wearing course and all type of concrete materials considering cost-benefit analysis and satisfying the specification requirement
